Our thoughts are with friends and family members of Faisal Mouloua.   Faisal will be honored and remembered on Monday August 29th at 10:00 AM.  The service will take place at the Fairfax Memorial Funeral Home, 9902 Braddock Rd Fairfax, VA 22032.  The DC Center would also like to acknowledge a donation made in memory of Faisal.
